How To Order
1. Sign up as a member by clicking the person icon on the top right corner. As a member, you order when you want. There is no requirement to order every week. There is also no minimum amount. You can order from multiple producers and pick up everything in one convenient location.
2. For your membership, choose your Pickup Location. We will be adding more pickup locations as we grow. Once you've placed an order, you CANNOT modify the location for that order (you can only change the location for next week's order). If you can't make it to the location you have selected, please contact Natalie at 815-315-3488, and she will make the change for you.
3. On the shopping page, you can search by term, by producer, or by category. Or you can just scroll through all the items to see what's available. Just because an item is in your cart does not mean it is saved! Items have limited quantities and are only saved after you have purchased them. You can come back and place multiple orders during the buying window if you would like to. The $3.00 charge is only applied once!
4. When you're ready to check out, go to the cart icon in the upper right corner of the page. You will enter your credit card info via Stripe (which is very user-friendly and safe). Make sure you receive a confirmation email for your order! If you don't, contact Natalie to make sure your order went through.
