A 50/50 mix of Soft and Hard Wheats, grown Hazzard Free and stone ground in the artisan tradition. All of my grains are batch milled to preserve the quality and freshness. My grains are minimally processed and contain all of their germ and bran. They are raw, and like all high quality ingredients, they are perishable, so store them in the freezer.

My wheat is grown without chemicals, fungicides, pesticides, herbicides, insecticides or treated seeds.
