Purple Barley, Oat Groats and Heirloom Wheat makes a great side dish or the main course, I like to cook it in a rice cooker, saute up some garlic, onions, peppers, kale and anything else that suits you to top it off! Great hot or in a cold summer salad. Enjoy!
